摘要

独山子石化公司提高了玛湖原油加工比例,因该原油中砷含量较高,导致产出的石脑油砷含量超标,造成乙烯装置碳二、碳三、汽油加氢反应器催化剂中毒、催化剂寿命缩短、加氢产品质量超差等风险.目前脱砷系统存在不合规问题及运行安全风险,不具备投用条件,需对现有脱砷流程及环保不合规问题进行局部改造,脱砷系统改造投用后,系统运行合规,同时达到了良好的脱砷效果.

Abstract

PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has increased the processing proportion of Mahu crude oil.Due to the high arsenic content of Mahu crude oil,the arsenic content of the naphtha produced exceeded the standard,leading to risks such as the poisoning of catalysts for C2,C3 and gasoline hydrogenation reactors in the ethylene plant,the shortening of catalyst life and the poor quality of hydrogenation products.The arsenic removal system was not allowed to be put into use because there were some non-compliance problems and operational safety risks,so local modification was required for the existing arsenic removal process and the environmental non-compliance.After the modified arsenic removal system was put into use,it was operated in compliance with relevant standards,and good arsenic removal effect was achieved.
