摘要
论述了特种设备信息化管理的重要意义、核心任务.以独山子石化公司开发的特种设备信息化管理平台为例,介绍平台整体功能架构、模块功能明细、企业内部各设备管理系统信息互联、业务流程管理等功能的应用,讲述特种设备信息化管理的方法.独山子石化公司将法律法规、标准规范及企业管理制度等全面映射至特种设备信息化管理平台.以数据平台化、平台信息化、信息智能化管理理念,对特种设备进行全过程监管.减少人为失误造成的设备超期、超允许参数运行等违规风险.将人工管理的精力和时间最小化,从而达到信息化、智能化提升工作效率的目标.最后,通过对特种设备信息化发展的展望,提出设特种备信息化发展的思路.
Abstract
This article discusses the important significance and core tasks of information management for special equipment.Taking the information management platform for special equipment developed by PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company as an example,this paper introduces the application of the functions of the platform,such as the overall functional architecture,the module function details,the information interconnection of various equipment management systems within the enterprise,and the business process management,and describes the information management methods for special equipment.Relevant laws and regulations,codes and standards,and enterprise management systems are fully incorporated into the information management platform for special equipment.With the management concepts of data platformization,platform informatization and intelligent information,the special equipment is supervised throughout the entire process.Risks of non-compliance,such as over-service equipment and operation beyond allowable parameters,caused by human error are to be reduced.The effort and time for manual management is to be minimized to improve work efficiency through informatization and intelligence.Finally,by prospecting the development of information technology for special equipment,some ideas are proposed for the development of information technology for special equipment.
