摘要

某1 250 kt/a乙烯装置自开工以来裂解气干燥器床层压差逐渐上涨,运行至第2.5a时床层压差达到65 kPa.同期开始出现再生系统换热器换热效果差、燃料气系统聚结器堵塞、PSA装置入口过滤器堵塞等问题,拆检后发现堵塞物主要为分子筛粉末(直径约为3 μm).为保证装置长周期运行,决定在未出现水穿透现象前对干燥器进行在线换剂作业.文中主要介绍分子筛粉化的原因以及后续采取的措施.

Abstract

The bed pressure difference of the cracking gas dryer in a 1.25 Mt/a ethylene plant had gradually increased since the startup of the plant and reached 65 kPa after two and a half years of operation.Some problems emerged,such as the poor heat transfer effect of heat exchanger in regeneration system,the blockage of coalescer in fuel gas system and the blockage of inlet filter in PSA unit.After disassembly,it was found that the blockage was mainly molecular sieve powder with a diameter of about 3 μm.In order to ensure the long cycle operation of the plant,it was decided to carry out online replacement of the agents for the dryer prior to the occurrence of water penetration.This paper mainly introduces the causes of molecular sieve pulverization and the subsequent measures taken.
