摘要

通过对乙烯装置裂解气压缩机段间压差和聚合物等进行分析,找出影响吉林石化 2 号乙烯装置裂解气压缩机长周期运行的问题.对裂解气压缩机段间换热器管道带压开孔,配置注洗油、分散剂管线和喷头,通过注入洗油和分散剂对裂解气压缩机段间换热器进行清洗,减少换热器中聚合物,降低裂解气压缩机段间压差,延长了压缩机的运行周期.

Abstract

Through the analysis of the inter-stage pressure difference and polymers in charge gas compressor of ethylene plant,the problems affecting long-term operation of the charge gas compressor in the No.2 ethylene plant of PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company were identified.Hot tapping was carried out for the pipelines of the inter-stage heat exchanger of charge gas compressor,and wash oil injection,dispersant line and nozzles were provided.The inter-stage heat exchanger of the charge gas compressor was cleaned by injecting washing oil and dispersant to reduce the polymers in heat exchanger,reduce the inter-stage pressure difference in charge gas compressor,and prolong the operation cycle of the compressor.
