摘要

乙烯裂解汽油加氢和苯乙烯抽提2套装置互为上下游关系,原料产品互供,操作联系紧密.在对2套装置进行流程模拟优化和系统整合研究后,可采用分离流程联合、精馏分离热耦合、加氢反应联合和公用工程联合等措施,通过优化设计,使得裂解汽油加氢-苯乙烯抽提联合的方案,在工程上具备可行性,实现降低装置投资,节约能耗,提高装置经济效益和竞争力的目标.

Abstract

Pygas hydrogenation unit and styrene extraction unit are mutually upstream and downstream,with raw materials and products supplied to each other and close operational connections.Based on the process optimization and system integration research on these two units,measures such as joint separation process,thermal coupling for distillation separation,joint hydrogenation reaction and joint utilities can be taken.After optimization,the joint design of pygas hydrogenation unit and styrene extraction unit is feasible in engineering and can achieve the goals of reducing the investment,saving the energy consumption,and improving the economic benefits and competitiveness of the units.
