摘要

某石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置裂解气压缩机2019年9月检修开工后,三段出口流量持续在118 t/h左右,三段出口压力最高至1 720 kPa,接近安全阀整定压力1 746 kPa,致使裂解气压缩机负荷调整受限,抗波动能力减弱.针对裂解气压缩机三段出口压力异常,偏离设计工况问题,从压缩机的运行工艺参数、机械结构等方面进行分析,通过设置压缩机出口压力内控指标、更换级间气封、增设高压氮气密封管线等措施,保证裂解气压缩机"长满优"运行.

Abstract

The cracking gas compressor in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of a company was started in September 2019 after overhaul,the third-stage outlet flow rate was maintained at around 118 t/h,and the third-stage outlet pressure reached a maximum of 1 720 kPa,which is close to the set pressure of safety valve of 1 746 kPa,resulting in limited load adjustment of cracking gas compressor and weakened ability to resist fluctuations.In response to the abnormal third-stage outlet pressure of cracking gas compressor and the deviations from design conditions,the operating process parameters and mechanical structure of the compressor were analyzed,and some measures such as setting internal control indicators for compressor outlet pressure,replacing inter-stage gas seals and adding high-pressure nitrogen sealing pipelines were taken to ensure the long-term,full-load and optimal operation of the cracking gas compressor.
