In the teaching of Organic Chemistry,the faculty team initiates from multiple dimensions such as the excavation of ideological and political elements,diversified teaching models,feedback on ideological and political education,and evaluation,centering around the goal of fostering morality and cultivating talents.A series of innovative explorations are conducted to cultivate new era pharmaceutical talents who are both ethically and professionally competent.
