Application of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination in Departmental Rotation Examination of Clinical Pharmacist Training for Anti-Infection Specialty
The Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)model was adopted to simulate various scenarios,establish scoring criteria,and comprehensively assess the clinical medication practice skills of trainees.This model has constructed a relatively complete examination scheme for the departmental rota-tion training of anti-infective pharmacists,achieving standardization,normalization,and homogenization of the assessment.It can comprehensively evaluate the students'problem-solving abilities and clinical com-munication skills.
