摘要
为推进创新创业教育与药学类专业教育的深度融合,提高人才培养质量,内蒙古医科大学在药学类本科生培养中引入转化药学理念,通过构建专创融合的人才培养体系、科教融合的教学模式、产教融合的实践教学体系,对创新创业教育改革进行积极的探索,以期为服务区域经济及社会发展输送更多的高质量药学类创新人才.
Abstract
To promote the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with pharmaceuti-cal education and improve the quality of talent cultivation,Inner Mongolia Medical University has intro-duced the concept of Translational Pharmacy in the training of undergraduate pharmacy students.By constructing a talent training system that integrates specialization with innovation,a teaching model that integrates science with education,and a practical teaching system that integrates industry with educa-tion,the university actively explores reforms in innovation and entrepreneurship education.The aim is to contribute more high-quality innovative talents in pharmacy to serve the regional economic and social development.
