Application of Molecular Docking Technology in Teaching Drug Design
Drug design is an emerging discipline that involves the processes, methodologies, and require-ments of new drug research and development, encompassing knowledge from multiple disciplines and hold-ing a significant position in the education system for training comprehensive talent in new drug research and development. This paper adopts a simulated practical operation teaching method, taking the use of ginsenosides in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease as an example,to apply molecular docking techniques from computer-aided drug design in practical exercises. This enhances the effectiveness of theoretical teaching, deepens students'understanding of classroom theoretical knowledge, and improves students'innovative thinking and practical application skills.
