摘要
药学生作为医药产业竞争的参与者、医药行业未来的建设者,承受着更为复杂化和多样化的压力.因此,紧密回应药学本科生心理健康问题与需求,高度重视并加强药学本科生心理健康状况的评估、教育并寻求解决之道有着重要意义.文章基于当前药学本科生心理健康常见的问题,分析这些问题的形成原因,阐述药学本科生心理健康教育的不足之处,明确加强药学本科生心理健康教育的策略,以期为药学本科生心理健康教育谋精准之策,尽落实之力.
Abstract
Pharmacy students,as participants in the competitive pharmaceutical industry and future build-ers of the sector,face increasingly complex and diverse pressures.Therefore,it is of great significance to closely respond to the psychological health issues and needs of undergraduate pharmacy students,to pay high attention to,strengthen the assessment of,and educate on their psychological health,and to seek solu-tions.This article is based on the common psychological health issues among undergraduate pharmacy students.It analyzes the causes of psychological health problems,discusses the shortcomings in the psy-chological health education of pharmacy undergraduates,and clarifies strategies to strengthen their psycho-logical health education.The aim is to provide precise and effective strategies for the psychological health education of pharmacy undergraduates and to implement these strategies fully.
