Exploration of the Development Process and Construction Pathways of the Student Financial Aid System in Modern Development-Oriented Universities
The student financial aid system in Chinese universities has evolved from a singular planned model to a diverse and eventually developmental model,focusing increasingly on the agency of the benefici-aries and the diversity of the aid content.This system aims to enhance the empowerment value of financial aid in education,playing a significant role in ensuring educational equity and interrupting the intergenera-tional transmission of poverty,thus supporting poverty alleviation efforts.However,deficiencies still exist in the aid recognition process,value orientation,and operational mechanisms.Universities should explore the establishment of a multi-level and multi-dimensional target system for financial aid in education,expand a diversified aid recognition system,and create an efficient and sustainable operational mechanism as they build a new pathway for the implementation of a modern development-oriented financial aid system.
