摘要
针对"新医科"建设背景下药学硕士专业学位研究生培养要求,南京医科大学秉持采用"需求-培养-发展"培养理念,从培养体系、培养环境和培养手段等方面,探索药学硕士专业学位研究生"分合协同"培养途径,在践行药学硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中取得了一定成效.
Abstract
In response to the demands of"New Medical Science"construction,Nanjing Medical University has adopted a"demand-cultivation-development"philosophy for the cultivation of talents of professional Master of Pharmacy.By exploring cultivation systems,cultivation environments,and cultivation mean,the university has developed a"separation-combination-coordination"approach to the cultivation of these students,achieving notable outcomes in the process of implementing this cultivation of professional Master of Pharmacy program.
