Comparison and Reference of University Student Affairs Management under the Background of Cultural Differences:Cases of Yale University and National University of Singapore
In the context of the massification of higher education in China,university student affairs manage-ment encounters a variety of complex issues and challenges.This paper,from a cultural difference perspec-tive,conducts a comparative study of the philosophies and mechanisms,management models and characteris-tics,and cultural and institutional differences of student affairs management at two world-class universities:Yale University and the National University of Singapore.It also examines their organizational structures and team development.By considering local adaptations,this study aims to provide references for the pro-active advancement of student affairs management in Chinese universities.
