摘要

近年来,我国生物医药产业在政府多项政策的支持下蓬勃发展.生物化学与分子生物学作为生物医药相关专业的重要专业基础课程,与生物医药产业的各个环节密切相关.本文基于OBE理念,探索生物化学与分子生物学教学模式的改革与创新,以期培养生物医药产业接轨的创新型人才,改变生物医药产业创新人才缺乏与基础研究薄弱的现状.

Abstract

In recent years,China's biopharmaceutical industry has flourished with substantial support from various government policies.Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,as essential foundational courses for bio-pharmaceutical-related disciplines,are closely linked with all aspects of the biopharmaceutical industry.This paper,grounded in the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)philosophy,explores the reform and inno-vation of teaching models in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with the aim of cultivating innovative talents aligned with the biopharmaceutical industry,and addressing the current shortage of innovative pro-fessionals and the weakness in foundational research within the industry.
