军队院校药事管理人才培养探讨

摘要
在军民融合和发展交叉学科的背景下,军队院校需要逐步完善药事管理人才培养模式.目前,军队院校在药事管理人才存在培养目标不够清晰、教学方式传统单一、课程体系相对单薄、高层次人才培养不足等问题,本文提出"厘清培养目标、丰富授课内容、实施多元化教学、拓展研究方向"四点改进措施,以实际需求为牵引,培养适应军队和地方的药事管理复合型专业人才.
Abstract
In the context of military-civilian integration and the development of interdisciplinary studies,military academies need to gradually refine their pharmaceutical administration talent cultivation models.Currently,military academies face several challenges in this area,including unclear training objectives,traditional and uniform teaching methods,a relatively thin curriculum,and insufficient training of high-level talents.This paper proposes four improvement measures:clarifying training objectives,enriching course content,implementing diversified teaching methods,and expanding research directions.These measures are designed to meet practical needs and cultivate versatile pharmaceutical management professionals suitable for both military and civilian sectors.
