高等中医药院校本科生学业预警成因调研及帮扶建议

本科生学业预警是及时发现学生学业困难的重要手段之一,对于适时跟进与帮扶学业困难学生具有重要的意义.本文对全国22 所高等中医药院校的本科生学业预警制度进行梳理与横向比较,以某中医药院校为例,对7 年间的学业预警数据及关联学生的学业情况进行分析,以点带面归纳我国高等中医药院校本科生学业预警成因,提出学业帮扶改进建议,从而更好地开展学业预警和帮扶工作,提升中医药人才培养质量.
Research on the Causes and Suggestions of Academic Early Warning Systems for Undergraduate Students in Higher Traditional Chinese Medicine Institutions
Academic early warning is one of the crucial means to timely identify students facing academic difficulties,playing a significant role in providing timely support.This paper examines and compares the academic early warning systems of 22 higher education institutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine across the nation.Using one such institution as a case study,the paper analyzes seven years of academic early warning data and associated student academic performance.This case study approach is used to generalize the causes of academic early warnings among undergraduates in higher institutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China,and to propose suggestions for improving academic support.These measures aim to enhance the early warning and support process and improve the quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine talent cultivation.
