Construction of Talent Cultivation System for International Organizations in Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities
Based on the discussion of the talent needs of international organizations and the cultivating objectives,this paper uses the reform practices of medical and pharmaceutical universities as an example to propose two training models:"English+Medicine" and"Medicine+English".These models specifically target the reform of the first classroom curriculum,complemented by the organic integration and mutual support of second and third classroom activities.The paper explores the pathways and feasibility of cultiva-ting talent for international organizations in medical and pharmaceutical universities.
