This paper explores how to cultivate graduate students'precision pharmacy skills by focusing on five key areas:precision pharmacy thinking,practical skills,clinical service abilities,research and retrieval capabilities,and platform construction.The study evaluates the effectiveness of applying a new training model to enhance the overall quality of pharmacy graduate students.The goal is to develop new types of interdisciplinary pharmacy professionals who meet the evolving demands of the precision medicine and big data era,thus advancing the development of precision healthcare.
