The practice base plays a pivotal role in the training of professional master's degree students in pharmacy,crucially contributing to improving the quality of graduate education.Taking the School of Phar-macy at Yantai University as an example,this paper explores the application of the"Innovation Chain+Industry Chain" model in the construction of practice base clusters and educational reform.The teaching team has reformed course instruction,explored high-level talent cultivation systems,and provided diverse practice environments and resources,thereby promoting the development of practice base clusters and enhancing the effectiveness of education and training quality.
