摘要

高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务.高等药学教育在拔尖药学人才培育、医药科技创新以及成果转化转移等方面对生命健康领域的高质量发展、打造新质生产力起着至关重要的作用.本文通过剖析中国高等药学教育形势,回顾并总结中国高等药学教育的发展历程,阐述药学专业的现状和办学情况,探讨高等药学教育人才培养的新要求与新挑战,并从药学人才培养理念、人才自主培养总目标、药学学科定位、人才队伍建设等方面提出创新策略和建议,为扎根中国大地建设具有新时代中国特色的高等药学教育体系提出改革思路.

Abstract

High-quality development is the primary task in the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.Higher pharmaceutical education plays a crucial role in nurturing top-notch pharmaceuti-cal talents,fostering innovation in medical science and technology,and facilitating the transformation and transfer of achievements,which significantly contribute to the high-quality development of the life and health sector and the creation of new productivity forces.This article analyzes the situation of higher phar-maceutical education in China,reviews and summarizes the developmental history of pharmaceutical edu-cation,elucidates the current status and operational circumstances of pharmaceutical programs,and explores the new requirements and challenges in educating pharmaceutical talents.Innovative strategies cultivation,overall objectives for autonomous talent development,disciplinary positioning in pharmacy,and construction of talent teams.These proposals aim to provide a reform direction for the construction of higher pharmaceutical education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
