摘要
为培养具备扎实系统专业基础、较强实践能力、较高职业素养的高层次应用型药学人才,南京医科大学药学院基于"I-SPARK懂医精药"药学创新人才培养理念,以"学科交叉赋能创新"为特色,以"校企产教深度融合"为途径,提出了药学专业学位硕士研究生"3C·3I-SPIRIT"培养模式.该模式通过打造学科交叉、产教融合课程体系,共建协同创新、产教融合实践平台以及完善内涵引领、产教融合考核机制,实现"产""教""研"深度融合,开展高层次应用型药学人才培养的探索.
Abstract
To develop high-level applied pharmaceutical professionals with a strong and systematic founda-tion,practical skills,and high vocational quality,the School of Pharmacy at Nanjing Medical University has introduced the"3C 3I-SPIRIT"cultivation model for professional master's degree students in pharmacy.This model is grounded in the"I-SPARK:Medicine and Pharmacy Expertise"innovation-oriented cultiva-tion philosophy,emphasizes"interdisciplinary empowerment for innovation,"and adopts"deep integration of industry,education,and teaching"as its core approach.The model aims to build an interdisciplinary,industry-education integrated curriculum system,establish collaborative innovation and practice platforms,and enhance a holistic guidance and assessment mechanism.These efforts seek to achieve deep integration of"industry,""education,"and"research"and advance the cultivation of high-level applied pharmaceu-tical professionals.
