To promote the cultivation of innovative and highly skilled pharmaceutical talents in China,this paper analyzes the training models for pharmacy professionals in countries such as the United States,Japan,and the United Kingdom.Based on an in-depth examination of international teaching practices,it proposes strategies for innovating domestic training approaches to better support the development of high-caliber pharmaceutical professionals.
