The study of Aidi injection combined with PP chemotherapy in treating advanced non-smal cel lung cancer
Objective To compare the clinical ef ect, quality of life and toxicity between Aidi injection combined with PP regimen and PP regimen alone in treating advanced non-smal cel lung cancer (NSCLC)patients. Methods 56 advanced NSCLC patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 28 cases in each group.Test group:paclitaxel 175mg/m2 ivgt d1 +cispla-tin 25mg/m2 ivgt d1 -3 combined with Aidi injection 100ml+5%GS 250ml ivgt d1 -14,Q3w.Control group:paclitaxel 175mg/m2 ivgt d1 +cisplatin 25mg/m2 ivgt d1 -3,Q3w.The clinical response was assessed after two cycles. The quality of life was assessed at baseline and after two cycles.Toxicity was assessed every cycle. Results The overal response(RR)rates were 35.71% and 28.57% in test group and control group (P>0.05)respectively.The disease control rates(DCR)were 78.57%and 53.57%in test group and control group (P<0.05)respec-tively.The quality of life of the test group was improved more significantly than that of the control group (P<0.05).The adverse reactions of test group, such as leukopenia, gastrointestinal adverse reactions and liver damage, were significantly reduced compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection which combined with PP regimen in treating advanced NSCLC could increase the disease control rate, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
