摘要
目的：自体脂肪颗粒移植修复颞部凹陷的研究方法在脂肪供区行局部肿胀麻醉，注射器抽取脂肪颗粒，过滤提纯后行颞部多点多层次多隧道填充，填充量为实际缺损量的1．2－1．3倍结果术后随访18月89列患者除8列行二次填充外，其他均一次填充，填充效果理想，轮廓自然，患者满意结论自体脂肪颗粒移植效果肯定，值得推广应用．
