摘要
目的：通过调查该院消化内科门诊疾病构成，初步预测该综合医院消化内科门诊疾病谱。方法：收集该院2013年消化内科门诊电子病历，根据医生诊断，获得各种疾病的构成。结果：共收集消化内科门诊患者2792例，平均年龄51．2＋14．6岁，男女患者比例为1．06：1，40－50岁及56－64岁为消化内科门诊就诊的高峰年龄段，消化内科门诊最常见的十大病因依次为：胃炎、幽门螺旋杆菌感染、肠炎、消化道溃疡、胃肠功能紊乱、食管炎、便秘、胆囊炎、肝硬化、消化不良。结论：本研究首次预测都江堰某综合医院消化内科门诊疾病谱，具有一定的代表性，分析了消化系统高发疾病的病发原因，为消化类疾病的预防和治疗提供了理论依据。
Abstract
Objective:To carry out prelimininary prediction about disease spectrum of digestive internal department outpatients in general hospitals in Dujiangyan by exploring the consiti-tution of disease among medicine-oncology Outpatients in our hospital in 2013.Methods:Elctronic records of Medicine-Oncology outpatients from January,2013 to december,2013 of the hos-pital were randomly recruited and analyzed.The canstitution of various diseases was gained based on the doctors’primary diagnosis.Results:A total of 2792 digestive internal department outpa-tients were col ected.The mean age was 51.2+14.6 years old.The males to famales ratio was 1.06:1.Age groups from 40 to 50 and from 56 to 64 years old had peak at endance rates.The ten most common diseases of digestive internal department outpatients were as fol owing:Gastritis,Enteritis,Helicobacter pylori infection,Peptic ulcer,Gastrointestinal dysfunction,Esophagitis, Constipation,Cholecystitis,Cirrhosis,Indigestion.Conclusion:Our study was the first trial to predict disaese spectrum of digestive internal department outpatients in general hospitals in Dujiangy-an.To some degree,it has popularity and gives us prevention and treament of gastrointestinal diseases.
