Bcl-2、Bax介导肺微血管内皮细胞凋亡与神经源性肺水肿

摘要
近几年来手足口病在全球的发病率非常高,重症手足口病并发神经源性肺水肿(neurogenic pulmonary edema,NPE)起病急,病情发展快,病死率较高。NPE与肺微血管内皮细胞凋亡有关。Bcl-2和Bax是Bcl-2家族中与细胞凋亡关系密切的两种基因,前者为抗凋亡基因,后者为促凋亡基因。Bcl-2、Bax的表达可能与NPE的发病有关。
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence rate of hand foot and mouth disease is very high in the global,severe hand foot and mouth disease could be complicated by neurogenic pulmo-nary edema had onset nasty,il ness development quickly,high fatality rate.NPE is associated with apoptosis of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cel .Bcl-2 gene and Bax gene is closely as-sociated with apoptosis in the Bcl-2 family ,the former for antiapoptotic genes,the lat er to promote apoptosis gene.the expression of Bcl-2 gene and Bax gene may be associated with the onset of NPE.
