摘要
目的：研究和分析儿童手足口病的临床特点和治疗情况。方法：随机选取2010年06月～2014年06月期间，在我院儿科进行治疗的342例手足口病患儿，对他们的临床特征以及治疗情况及效果进行统计、比较和分析。结果：经过临床分析统计，342例患儿中，1～5岁患儿（66．96％）明显高于其他年龄段患儿，夏季发病患儿（68．71％）明显高于其他季节发病患儿；临床症状中皮疹（100．0％）、口腔黏膜疱疹（75．15％）以及发热（69．88％）症状明显高于其他症状，各项间比较均具有统计学意义（P＞0．05）。患儿的男、女比例大体相当，且经过治疗后均痊愈出院，性别及临床疗效的比较不具有统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：要针对手足口病的临床特点（易感人群、高发季节、临床症状等）对儿童进行提早预防、及时确诊、有效治疗，以便更好的提高患儿的临床治疗效果。
Abstract
objective:to study and analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease children.Methods:randomly selected 2010 -June,2014 to June, during pediatric treatment in our hospital 342 cases of children with hand,foot and mouth disease,their clinical features and treatment situation and ef ect of statistics,comparison and analysis. Results:through clinical analysis of statistics,in 342 cases,1 ~5 years old children with children (66.96%)is significantly higher than other age groups,the onset of the summer with chil-dren (68.71%)is significantly higher than other seasons;Clinical symptoms of skin rash (100.0%),oral mucosa herpes symptoms (75.15%)and fever (69.88%)were significantly higher than those of other symptoms,the comparison between were statistical y significant (P >0.05 ).Children with male and female ratio is roughly,and after treatment were recovered and dis-charged,genderandthecomparisonofclinicalcurativeefectisnotstatisticalysignificant(P >0.05).Conclusion:fortheclinicalcharacteristicsofhand,footandmouthdisease(suscepti-ble,season,clinical symptoms,etc.)to children in early prevention,timely diagnosis and ef ective treatment,in order to bet er improve the clinical treatment ef ect of children.
