Analysis of antenatal examination applied in late pregnancy clinical value in diagnosis of placental abruption
objective:to analyze and study in late pregnancy the clinical value of prenatal examination in the diagnosis of placental abruption.Selection methods:April 2011 -May 2013 antenatal examination,400 cases of pregnant women,and the antenatal examination results were analyzed retrospectively,and compared with antenatal examination results before.Results:400 cases of pregnant woman antenatal examination early indication,25 cases of placental abruption JingJian verification is 23 cases,among them,19 cases,ultrasound (82.6%);Check the other 4 cases,accounted for 17.4%.Antenatal examination accuracy was 92.0%(23/25),antenatal examination and check to confirm the result diference is not obvious (P >0.05).Con-clusion:giving prenatal examination,can be more accurate in the diagnosis of placental abruption,especial y in the ultrasound is the most ef ective.
