Study the clinical significance of the pathogen of neonatal omphalitis analysis
objective:to study the neonatal umbilical infection of pathogenic bacteria types and drug susceptibility,to provide the basis for the clinical use of antibiotics. Methods:select our hospital 150 cases of neonatal umbilical infection patients as the research object, col ecting umbilical discharge and blood,in the cultivation of the pathogen and separate identification of mi-crobial room, then test strains, drug sensitive test. Results:among the 150 specimens, pathogenic bacteria were detected 134 cases, accounting for more than 89.3%.With staphylococcus au-reus detection rate most,a total of 41 cases accounted for 30.6%,the second order for e.coli (15.0%)and the epidermis staphylococcus (12.7%),klebsiel a pneumoniae (11.2%),he-molysis staphylococcus (7.5%),xylose,staphylococcus aureus (6.0%),pseudomonas aeruginosa (4.5%),glue,Mr Charest bacteria (3.7%).Among them, the gram positive coccus of benzyl penicil in,the sensitivity of the original drug, brown secretion, vancomycin is higher;Gram-negative bacil i of imide sulfide toxin, cephalosporins oxygen thiophene, high sensitivity of amikacin ciprofloxacin. Conclusion:analysis and understanding of neonatal omphalitis types of bacteria and drug sensitive conditions, conducive to the rational use of antimicrobial agents,so as to improve clinical curative ef ect.
