摘要
药剂科主要负责医院药品的调剂、配制、供应、指导临床合理用药和监督检查药品质量等，是综合性的职能部门，是医院不可或缺的组成部分。我国药剂科的整体水平落后于发达国家的药剂科，存在着许多制约我国医院药剂科发展的因素。在医患关系日益紧张的背景下，药剂科目前的管理水平还不能满足患者对药学服务的要求，提高医院药剂科的管理水平刻不容缓，探讨分析管理常遇问题，制定相应对策以提高药剂科管理水平。
Abstract
medicament department is mainly responsible for hospital drugdispensing,preparation,supply,to guide the clinical rational use of drugsand drug supervision and inspection quality,comprehensive functions,is an indispensable part of hospital.The overal level of Pharmacy Department of pharmacy in our country lags behind that of developed countries,there are many constraints on development of pharmacy of Chinese hospital factors.In the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients under the background of the current pharmacy manage-ment level can not meet the patient to the pharmacy service requirements,it is urgent to enhancethe management level of hospital pharmacy department,to discuss theproblems of management and analysis,formulate corresponding measuresto improve the management level of pharmacy.
