摘要
目的：分析并研究四联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果。方法：选取2011年8月－2013年9月期间医治消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染患儿60例，分成两组（医治组、对照组），医治组患儿给予四联疗法，对照组患儿给予三联疗法，比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果：经临床治疗后，患儿临床症状明显改善，医治组患者好转率优于对照组（96．7％vs83．3％），差异明显（P＜0．05）；医治组患者Hp清除率优于对照组（93．3％vs80．0％），差异明显（P＜0．05）；医治组患儿恶心、头昏、腹胀等不良反应发生率优于对照组（13．3％vs26．7％），差异明显（P＜0．05）。结论：四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染患儿，临床效果显著，安全、可靠，值得推广使用。
Abstract
objective:to analyze and study the quadruple therapy treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori infection in clinical ef ect.Methods:select during August 2011 -September 2013 treated peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori infection in children with 60 cases,divided into two groups (treatment group and control group),treatment group give chil-dren quadruple therapy,children with the control group given triple therapy,compared two groups of clinical curative ef ect.Results:after treatment,clinical symptoms improved significantly, the treatment group,the bet er than the control group (96.7% vs83.3 %),obvious diference (P <0.05);Treatment group patients with Hp clearance is bet er than that of control group (93.3% vs80.0 %),obviousdiference(P <0.05);Treatmentgroupwithincidenceofnausea,dizziness,abdominaldistensionandotheradversereactionsisbeterthanthatofcontrolgroup (13.3% vs26.7 %),obvious diference (P <0.05).Conclusion:quadruple therapy for children with treatment of peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori infection in clinical efect is remarka-ble,safe,reliable,worthy of promotion of use.
