摘要
目的：探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床实施及预后分析。方法：选取我院2011年1月～2013年12月收治的32例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕妇作为研究观察病例，回顾性分析我院对此类患者采取的剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术实施要点及效果，根据患者预后，指导临床诊治实践。结果：32例剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剔除术妊娠孕妇，在综合诊治护理下手术完整进行，所发现的子宫肌瘤均得到成功剥离剜除，无孕妇及婴儿死亡。结论：严格掌握适应证以及临床患者具体情况，采取充分的准备措施进行剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术有利于子宫肌瘤产妇得到良好预后，值得临床应用。
Abstract
objective:to study the cesarean delivery line at the same time the clinical implementation and prognosis of uterine fibroids rejecting operation analysis.Selection methods:our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011,32 cases of pregnancy with uterine fibroids treated were pregnant women as study cases,retrospective analysis of cesarean section in patients with such as uterine fibroids eliminate ef ects of implementation and operation,according to the patient prognosis and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment practice.Results:32 cases of ce-sarean section at the same time line myoma eliminating pregnancy pregnant women,under the comprehensive diagnosis and nursing operation complete,uterine fibroids have found success gouge stripping in addition,pregnant women and infant death.Conclusion:strictly grasp the indications and clinical patients with specific conditions,adopt measures to ful y prepared for cesarean de-livery line and uterine fibroids technique is advantageous to the prognosis of uterine fibroids mothers get good,worthy of clinical application.
