摘要
目的：探讨蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2013年1月至2014年1月收治的新生儿病理性黄疸60例，随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，研究组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予蓝光照射治疗，并比较两组疗效。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为95．1％，明显高于对照组（74．6％，P＜0．05）；两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论：蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著，值得推广应用。
Abstract
objective:to study the clinical curative ef ect of blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice.Selection methods:our hospital in January 2013 to January 2014,the newborn pathological jaundice,60 cases were randomly divided into research group and the control group,control group given routine drug treatment,the team on the basis of the routine drug treatment to blue light treatment,the curative efect and compare the two groups.Results:treatment group total efective rate was 95.1%,significantly higher than the control group (74.6%,P <0. 05 );Two groups during treatment had no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:the blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice curative ef ect is distinct,is worthy of popularization and applica-tion.
