随着血液透析技术发展，在终末期肾脏病的患儿中接受血液透析人数在增加。在儿童进行血液透析前，准备好良好的血液透析血管通路是重要的一步。本文现将作一篇关于儿童血液透析的血管通路及其进展方面的综述，尤其详细介绍———儿童透析患者的血管通路的分类、各种血管通路应用的优缺点、选择原则、护理发展方向。
Abstract
With the development of the hemodialysis technology ,the number for blood dialysis in end-stage renal disease (ESRD)children is increasing.The crucial step before start-ing pediatric hemodialysis is the preparation of a suitable vascular access site.This article makes a review about the vascular access issues related to pediatric hemodialysis and progress,especial-ly in view of classifications,advantages and disadvantages,principles of selection,maintenance and development direction of various vascular access in application of children patients.
