目的：研究磷酸肌酸联合参麦注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将60例病毒性心肌交患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照30例，在对照组一般治疗、保护心肌的基础上，治疗组加用参麦注射液、磷酸肌酸联合治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为93．3％。且疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论磷酸肌酸联合参麦注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效显著。
Abstract
Objective To research the curative ef ects of Phosphocreatine sodium With Shenmai Injection Combined for Treating Child Viral Myocarditis.Methods 60 case of viral myocardi-tis were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The two groups were treated ordinarily.In addition,the treated group were given Phosphocreatine sodium combined with Shenmai Injection Combined.The total curative ef ects were observed and compared between the two groups.Resuils The total ef ective rate in the treated group was 93.3%,which wassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionThecurativeefectsofPhosphocreatinesodiumcombinedwithShenmaiInjectionisapparentfortreatingchildviral myocarditis,which can af ord reference for chinic.
