摘要
本文总结6例腓骨肌皮瓣移植修复下颌骨体部分缺损的护理。认为护理重点是术前给予充分准备，加强心理护理；术后保持良好病室环境及正确的体位，做好呼吸道护理、引流管护理、饮食护理、口腔护理，加强皮瓣供受区的观察和护理，指导下肢功能锻炼，重视出院指导。6例患者术区皮瓣均存活良好，下颌骨全景片检查移植骨生长良好，下颌骨外形及功能恢复良好，供区小腿未见明显功能障碍。
Abstract
this article summarized 6 cases of fibular myocutaneous flap for reconstruction of mandibular body defect’s nursing.The focus is ful y preparing to operation and strengthening psychological care;It should keep good environment in ward,maintain the posture correctly,take good respiratory care,drainage’s tube care,diet’s care,oral care,and strengthen to observe and care the flap after operation.At the same time,we also should guide the patient how to train the lower limb’s function and pay at ention to instruction for leave hospital.6 patients’flaps were survived wel .Oral panoramic radiograph of the mandible bone shows that it grows wel with good shape and function,and the lower leg have no obvious dysfunction.
