摘要
目的：观察和分析睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者综合治疗的效果。方法：自2011年9月－2014年9月在我院进行睑板腺功能障碍性干眼治疗的患者90例，各45例，并观察和比较两组的治疗效果。结果：对研究组和对照组进行比较，研究组患者的治愈率为71．1％，有效率高达93．3％；对照组患者的治愈率为51．1％，有效率为68．9％。两组的差异明显，具有统计学意义。结论：热敷睑板腺、人工泪液药物类，效果很好，治愈率高，值得推广。
Abstract
objective:to observe and analyze the meibomian gland function barrier effect of comprehensive treatment of patients with dry eye associated with ss.Methods:from September2011 to September 2014 in our hospital for meibomian gland function obstacle dry eye treatment of 90 cases of patients,45 cases.Results:comparing to the group and the control group,thegroup of patients with the cure rate was 71.1%,the efficiency is as high as 93.3%;Control group cure rate of the patients was 51.1%,effective rate was 68.9%.Clear difference in the twogroups,with statistical significance.Conclusion:hot compress meibomian gland,artificial tears drug class,good effect,high cure rate,is worth promoting.
