摘要
目的：探讨正确取用外用无菌冲洗液的方法对无菌溶液的影响。方法：将外用无菌冲洗液直接打开，手触碰瓶口外侧方向连续3次倒取10ml分别入3个无菌容器中；根据倒取顺序分实验A、B、C三个组进行细菌培养，每组30例。结果：实验A的30例中有6例有细菌生长，实验B的30例中有2例有细菌生长，实验C的30例中有1例有细菌生长。结果：实验B、C两组无菌溶液符合无菌技术原则，取用新型外用无菌冲洗液时，应冲洗瓶口且冲洗量以10ml左右为宜。
Abstract
objective:to study the right to access external sterile method of washing fluid ef ects on sterile solution.Methods:topical sterile fluids directly open,hands touching the later-al orientation of the bot le 3 times in a row takes 10ml into 3 separately in sterile containers;according to the sequence take experiments into three groups a,b and c for bacterial culture,and 30 cases in each group.Results:experiment a,of 30 cases in the has 6 cases has bacteria growth,experiment b of 30 cases in the has 2 cases has bacteria growth,experiment c of 30 cases in the has 1 cases has bacteria growth.results:experiment b,and c two group no bacteria solution meet no bacteria technology principles,take with new topical no bacteria flush liquid Shi,should flush bot le and flush volume to 10ml around suitable.
