摘要
目的：分析社区高血压的防治措施以及护理干预的临床效果。方法：随机抽取2012年3月～2013年4月在社区医院诊治的154例高血压病患，分为观察组和对比组，平均每组77例。对比组实施常规的护理治疗，对病患进行健康教育，定期组织健康教育活动，引导病患认识高血压并发症、病因、高血压药物选择以及不良反应，观察组在对比组的基础上实施护理干预，对比两组病患在通过治疗后血压水平、防治方法的各项情况进行评价。结果：实施护理干预和健康防治措施后，观察组的舒张压和收缩压均低于对比组，两者间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组病患的生活质量均有显著提高，观察组病患在血压、饮食、心理、运动量各个方面与对比组相比效果更为明显，观察组病患能严格遵守护理人员的意见和叮嘱进行健康生活。结论：实施社区护理干预和健康防治措施能够有效提升病患治疗的依从性，有利于控制血压，提高病患的健康状况。
Abstract
objective:to analyze the community hypertension prevention and control measures and the clinical ef ect of nursing intervention.Methods:randomly in March 2012 ~April 2013 at a community hospital diagnosis and treatment of 154 cases of hypertension patients,divided into observation group and control group,an average of 77 cases in each group.Contrast group implement routine nursing treatment,the patients for health education,organize regular health education activities,guiding patients know hypertension complications,disease,high blood pressure drug selection and adverse reactions,observation group in the implementation of nursing intervention on the basis of the contrast group,compared two groups of patients in blood pressure levels after treatment,prevention and treatment through the various conditions.Results:after the implementation of nursing intervention and health prevention and control measures,diastolic and systolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than control group,the diferences between statistical y significant (P <0.05);Two groups of patients'quality of life were significantly improved,the observation group of patients in al aspects,diet,psychological and physiological load of exercise blood pressure ef ect is more obvious compared with control group,the opinions of the observation group patients can strictly abide by the nursing staf and asked for a healthy life.Conclusion:community nursing intervention and health prevention and control measures can ef ectively improve patient treatment compliance,helps control blood pressure and improve the patient's health.
