摘要
目的：观察依那普利杜宇医治早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将54例早期糖尿病肾病患者，随机分为2组，观察组单纯用降糖药物医治，对照组在降糖药物基础上加用依那普利10mg，每日一次口服，用8周，察看2组患者医治后尿糖的转变。结果观察组尿糖好转总有效率59．3％，对照组尿糖好转总有效率92．5％，P＜0．05。结论依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效满意。
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative ef ect of enalapril Du Yu treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 54 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients,randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group treated with hypoglycemic drug treatment,the control group in the hypoglycemic drugs combined with enalapril 10mg,oral y once a day,for 8 weeks,see change in 2 groups of patients after treatment of urine.Results in the observation group,urine and improved the total ef iciency of 59.3%,control group,urine glucose improves the total ef i-ciency of92.5%,P <0.05.Conclusion the therapeutic efect ofenalapril in the treatment ofearly diabetic nephropathy with.
