摘要
目的：对某医院院内制剂参苓安神胶囊（由酸枣仁、党参、茯苓、陈皮、白术、甘草等组方）薄层鉴别进行研究；方法采用薄层色谱法对方中主要药材酸枣仁、党参、陈皮、白术进行薄层定性鉴别；结果主药薄层色谱定性鉴别特征明显，对照品或对照药材与供试品斑点清晰、整齐，分离度好，重现性好，专属性强，阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好，可用来控制该制剂定性鉴别。
