摘要
目的：观察分析阴道镜与LEEP结合用于宫颈癌前病变方面的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2014年5月至2014年12月收治的宫颈癌前病变患者85例，确诊后采用阴道镜联合LEEP刀进行治疗。观察患者手术时间、并发症发生情况、术中出血量及术后恢复等情况，分析阴道镜联合LEEP刀对宫颈病变治疗的临床效果。结果：术后病理组织学检查结果为慢性宫颈炎58例，宫颈湿疣21例，宫颈癌6例。6例患者发生术后并发症，发生率为4．7％，总有效率为90．59％。结论：采用阴道镜联合LEEP刀联合用于宫颈癌癌前病变，简单易行，手术时间短，出血量少，并发症发生率低，临床效果显著，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the combined analysis of colposcopy and LEEP treatment for clinical aspects of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:Hospital from May 2014 to De-cember 2014 were treated 85 cases of cervical lesions after diagnosis colposcopy joint LEEP knife treatment.Observed in patients with operative time,complications,the blood loss and postopera-tive recovery,etc.,combined with analysis of colposcopy LEEP knife clinical ef ects of the treatment of cervical lesions.Results:Postoperative histopathological examination results for 58 cases of chronic cervicitis,cervical warts 21 cases,six cases of cervical cancer.Postoperative complications occurred in 6 patients,the rate was 4.7%,the total ef ective rate was 90.59%.Conclu-sion:LEEP knife combined colposcopy for cervical precancerous lesions joint,simple,shorter operative time,less blood loss,complication rate,significant clinical ef ect,should be widely ap-plied.
