二丁胶囊治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

目的：探讨二丁胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法：治疗组81例，口服二丁胶囊1．5g，3次／d；对照组80例，口服红霉素肠溶胶囊500mg，2次／d。两组均外用克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂，2次／d，连续8周。结果：治疗组有效率83．95％，对照组有效率75％，两组统计学分析比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：二丁胶囊治疗痤疮有良好的疗效和安全性。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the ef icacy and safety of Erding capsules on acne vulgaris.Methods:The 81 patients of treatment group received Erding capsules,and the 80 patients of control group received erythromycinentericpel ets capsules,both with topical use of clindamycin and metronidazole liniment,for 8 weeks.Results:The ef icacy rate was 83.95%for treatment group and 75.00% for control group,with no statistical y significant.Conclusion:Erding capsules is efective and safe on acne vulgaris.
