摘要
目的：探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊对产后6周妇女特异性阴道炎防治的临床作用。方法：选取2012年12月至2013年6月我院收治的特异性阴道炎患者120例作为本次研究的对象，将患者分为甲组与乙组，每组各有60例患者，甲组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，乙组采用抗菌药物治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者疗效比较无明显差异；甲组内阴道PH值与阴道炎复发率明显要低于乙组。结论：产后6周妇女特异性阴道炎采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，其疗效虽与传统抗生素相当，但更有助于女性阴道生态平衡的恢复，降低复发与再生率，值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical ef ect of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules for 6 weeks postpartum women specific vaginitis prevention.Methods:from 2012 December to 2013 June in our hospital of specific vaginitis 120 patients as the object of study,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each group has 60 patients,group A with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules therapy,group B with antibiotic treatment,compared two groups of patients treatment ef ect.Results:no significant dif erence was found between the two groups of patients in group A in ef ect;the vaginal pH and vaginitis recrudescence rate is significantly lower than in group B.Conclusion:6 weeks postpartum women specific vaginitis by Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules treatment,the curative ef ect is quite with traditional antibiotics,but it is more helpful for the recovery of female vaginal ecological balance,reduce the recurrence rate and re-generation,it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
