摘要
目的：观察联合活络油按摩法综合干预项痹病患者疼痛的效果。方法：将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组40例给予综合干预措施（包括药物、针灸、牵引、中药熏蒸等），观察组在对照组基础上给予活络油按摩，两组均以10天为疗程，对患者疼痛情况及劲椎功能进行评定。结果：干预后观察组患者的疼痛情况及功能情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，（P＜0．05）．结论：联合活络油按摩法能有效的缓解项痹病患者的疼痛。
Abstract
Objective:Observation of combined active comprehensive intervention oil massage law arthralgia pain in patients with disease ef ect.Method:Fit the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in the control group received comprehensive intervention measures (including drugs,traction,acupuncture,traditional Chi-nese medicine fumigation etc.),The observation group of Huoluo oil massage in given on the basis of the control group,The two groups are in 10 days as a course of treatment,The patients were assessed pain and Jin vertebral function.Results:Intervention to observe the pain and function groups were bet er than the control group,the diference has statistical significance,(P<0.05). Conclusion:combined adjustable oil massage can ef ectively relieve a bi disease patients with pain.
