异维A酸联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣疗效及对血清白细胞介素－2的影响

摘要
目的：观察口服异维A酸联合光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和对血清白细胞介素（Interleukin，IL）－2水平的影响。方法将48例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为2组， A组行单纯光动力治疗；B组口服异维A酸胶囊联合光动力治疗，所有患者每2周随访1次，记录皮损改善情况及不良反应，并测定所有患者治疗后血清IL－2的水平。？结果 B组治疗有效率明显高于A组（P＜0．05），而复发率小于A组（P＜0．05），治疗后B组血清IL－2的水平显著高于A组（t＝2．329，P＜0．05）。结论口服异维A酸具有一定细胞免疫调节作用，其联合光动力疗法对尖锐湿疣具有较好的临床疗效。
Abstract
Objective To observe therapeutic ef ect and influence on serum level of interleukin-2 of oral isotretinoin with ALA-PDT therapy in thetreatment of condyloma accuminatum. Methods Total y 48 cases of condyloma accuminatum patients diagnosed in outpatient were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group A:24 cases,only ALA-PDT treatment.Group B:24 cases, ALA-PDT treatment with oral isotretinoin 10 mg,3 times a day,and turning to 10 mg per day til the lesion disappearing clearly,stopping after 1 month.Al groups have observation the other week,recorded lesion condition and adverse ef ect.Al subjects were measured for the serum levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2)using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)method after treatment.Fol ow up 6 months.Results There was significant dif erence between Group A and B in therapeutic ef ect and recurrence rate(P<0.05 ).The serum levelofIL-2inGroupBwassignificantlyhigherthanGroupAaftertreatment(P<0.05).ConclusionThetherapiesoforalIsotretinoincombineALA-PDThastherapeuticefectandplaysa positive role in immunological function of patients with CA.
