摘要
目的：探讨叉韧带断裂取自体肌腱关节镜下重建术后的康复护理体会。方法：回顾性分析2010－2013年在本院行叉韧带断裂自体肌腱重建术患者53例，总结术后康复护理要点。结果：53例患者手术顺利，住院时间5－12d，平均7．2d，术后随访1年。用美国特种外科医院膝关节评分（the hospital for special surgery knee score hiss），58－98分，平均（90．52±4．52分）结论：关节镜下叉韧带重建术后康复护理非常重要，分阶段对患者实施针对性康复指导，有利于患者膝关节活动、防止关节粘连、避免肌肉萎缩、重新建立本体感觉、恢复关节功能、促进患者早日康复、回归社会生活。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate cross ligament rupture autologous tendon rehabilitation after arthroscopic reconstruction of Nursing.Methods:A retrospective analysis 2010-2013 fork ligament rupture in our hospital autologous tendon reconstruction surgery 53 patients,postoperative rehabilitation nursing summary points.Results:53 patients successful surgery and hospitalization time 5 -12d,the average 7.2d,patients were fol owed up for 1 year.With the Hospital for Special Surgery knee score (the hospital for special surgery knee score hiss),58-98,and the average (90.52 ±4.52 points)Conclusion:Arthroscopic fork ligament reconstruction surgery rehabilitation care is very important for patients in stages implementation of targeted rehabilitation guid-ance,help patients knee,prevent joint adhesions,avoid muscle atrophy,re-establish proprioception,restore joint function,and promote early recovery of patients return to social life.
