摘要
目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者皮损的护理方法。方法采用心理、营养、对症支持治疗护理，回顾性分析我院风湿免疫科收治SLE患者共135例。结果134例患者病情缓解出院，1例因肾功能衰竭而死亡。结论加强SLE皮损护理对缓解病情及改善预后有重要意义。
Abstract
To investigate the nursing care for skin lesions of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)patients.135 SLE patients from department of rheumatology were reviewed.Psycho-logical,trophic,supporting and symptomatic nursing was conducted.Result In these patients,135 obtained subsidence of symptoms,1 patients with renal failure and death .To strengthen nurs-ing care for skin lesions of SLE patients was critical to relieve il ness and improve prognosis.
