摘要
目的：规范手术室护理措施，减少关节置换手术感染的发生。方法：通过规范手术室各项护理措施的实施，对246例患者施行关节置换手术感染情况的回顾总结。结果：246例患者术后均无感染并发症，治疗效果满意。规范的手术室护理措施对预防关节置换术后感染具有重要作用。结论：根据引起关节置换手术感染的手术室相关因素，规范手术室护理措施，能有效降低关节置换手术感染。
Abstract
Objective:Explore specification for operation room nursing to reduce infection of joint replacement operation.Methods:Made retrospective analysis on infection of 246 cases after joint replacement operation with specification for operation room nursing and summarize the implementation of measure.Rsesult:Al 246 cases had satisfactory therapeutic ef ect without in-fection.Conclusion:Specification for operation room nursing by analysis on predisposing factor of injection after joint replacement operation can ef ectively reduce infection.
